As our access to exercise is changing, so are our delivery methods.

To assist in keeping everyone moving during COVID-19 related social isolation

our team of Exercise Physiologists have put together some light-hearted exercise videos for your entertainment (and physical activity!).
Episode 1: “Shoulder Health” #1 External Rotations  Alternate each arm:  3x sets 8-12x reps per arm    Instructions:  Start with a dumbell or object light but challenging enough to complete a full set.
Relax 10-seconds between reps and 1-minute between sets.
